Instrumentation in Building TEM

At the TU Berlin, the members of the AG Lehmann and of the Center for Electron Microscopy ZELMI have a strong focus on advanced electron microscopy methods and their applications. We are distributed over three buildings on the TU Campus Charlottenburg, namely
- the Ernst-Ruska-Building ER (AG Lehmann),
- the Electron Microscopy Building TEM (AG Lehmann and ZELMI),
- and the Building KWT (ZELMI).
Extremely sensitive instruments are located in the specially constructed Electron Microscopy Building TEM on the northern part of the TU Campus. It provides room for five high-performance electron microscopes
- JEOL JEM-ARM300F2 "GrandARM2" S/TEM
- FEI Titan 80-300 Berlin Holography Special TEM
- FEI Tecnai G2 20 TEM
- FEI Helios Nanolab 600 FIB
- Hitachi SU8030 SEM
